Built right next to the Essex County Turtle Back Zoo, the Essex County TreeTop Adventure Course is an aerial obstacle course.  Our Adult Courses (approx. 35ft in height) offer 30 unique challenge elements with an average run time of 1 to 1.5 hours.  Our Junior Courses (approx. 10ft in height) offer 15 unique challenge elements with an average run time of 30 to 45 minutes.  Parents/Guardians may join their children on the Junior Course for the same fee.  The Zip Line measures over a football field in length and stands at approximately 40 feet.

Online, advanced Reservations are highly encouraged for the Courses to guarantee admission, but are not required. You cannot call to make a reservation. Walk-ups are welcome, but limited based on reservations and cannot be guaranteed. Walk-ups are taken on a first come, first served basis, after all reservations are accommodated if there is still availability.

Please note, the Zip Line does not require a reservation – if you wish to add the Zip Line to your Courses, please advise the cashier when you arrive for your reservation.
