Breakfast with the Gibbons

Swing over to the zoo to join us for a conservation breakfast program featuring our White-cheeked Gibbons! You’ll learn about these most agile apes and meet our extended family. Together we’ll explore the complex world of primate sociality and behavior and discuss some simple actions you can take to help protect them. Come with an appetite because breakfast is delicious! The event will be located at the Berson Education Center at TBZ and includes a special meet and greet at the gibbon exhibit.
Ticket includes:
- Hot breakfast
- Education program
- Up-close introductions to some ambassador animals
- Activity
- Meet and greet with Gibbons and Keepers
- Admission to the zoo for the day (for non-Zoological Society members)
For ages 6 and up only. All minors must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket; all attendees must purchase a ticket. $30/person general admission, $24/ person for Zoological Society members (members will be required to show a current TBZ membership card). The event takes place at the Berson Education Center and the gibbon exhibit. Space is limited. Cancellations with refunds will only be accepted up to 7 days prior to the event. Dress comfortably for walking outside. This event is rain or shine except in the event of extreme weather. If there is an extreme weather event, attendees will be notified of the cancellation via email. Please park at the Berson Education Center; program begins in the Center’s classrooms promptly at 8:30am.
