Tickets can be purchased Online or at the Zoo Entrance.
Online tickets are only valid for the date on ticket. No refunds or exchanges. We suggest you purchase on your way over for the day.
NOTE: Turtle Back Zoo does NOT honor Reciprocal Memberships from Bergen County Zoo.
Hours
The zoo will open at 12pm today, January 20th due to snow and ice removal.
10am – 3pm
*Park remains open for 1 hour after last admission for regular hours.
Zoo will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day.
The Zoo is open Rain or Shine, so please plan your trip accordingly.
FREE Parking
There are various parking lots and garages throughout The South Mountain Recreation Complex that provide FREE parking.

Gift Cards can be redeemed only for Zoo General Admission and Zoo Education Programming.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Card will be sent via email for redemption. Please allow 48 hours for e-gift card to be activated.
